[unifi] Add jvmInitHeapSize and jvmMaxHeapSize configuration (#175)

* Add jvmInitHeapSize and jvmMaxHeapSize which are passed on
  to the container as env vars

* Bump version, no change in default behaviour

* Update README.md with new configuration parameters
